Dylan Kirby is the founder and principal. His background spans more than eleven years of operations and contract leadership across healthcare, logistics, and public-sector environments — places where service levels are measured, records are examined, and a missed commitment costs something the same week.

That experience shapes how the firm works. Scope is defined before it is promised. Vendors and performers are held to terms that mirror the obligations above them. Performance is reported on a schedule leadership can actually see.

Dylan is also a commissioned notary public in the State of South Carolina. He and his wife Kaitlyn relocated from Virginia in 2023 and live in Lexington, SC — the community this firm was built to serve.
